These Pre-cleaned vials with screw caps attached are highly convenient amber glass vial kits. Strong, reliable, amber borosilicate glass offers protection from light and temperature shock. The Thermoset (phenolic) plastic caps also have a wide range of chemical compatibility and temperature tolerances. The foam backed PTFE-faced F217 liners resist attack from virtually all chemicals at room temperature and provides resilience for a tight seal with a low moisture transmission rate.

Contaminants such as loose dirt, carton lint, aerosols, and fine glass particles are removed from the vials by the Vacuum and Ionization process. Our V&I cleaning process is cost-effective, time-saving means of sealing cleanliness into each vial. Learn more about our V&I process here.
