Holds 24 standard 12.5mm diameter cryogenic vials or 12 x 75 mm FACS tubes. ”Gripping” well design allows one-hand cryogenic vial opening and closing, regardless of shape or brand of cryogenic vial. Maintains temperature through direct contact with ice, dry ice, water, liquid nitrogen or other common laboratory temperature sources. Use for cooling, (snap)freezing or heating/thawing samples.
SBS-footprint makes this module ideal for benchtop cooling, then quick transfer to automated platforms for approximately 10-20 minutes of cold processing.
Use ice-free in CoolBox XT workstations.
