Autofil 1000ml 0.2um PES Full Assembly, Bottle top vacuum filtration system

The Autofil® laboratory filtration system is a disposable, sterile, vacuum operated system used for the preparation of buffers, tissue culture media, microbiological media and other biological fluids.

Available Configurations:
• Full Assembly: complete system including bottle top filter/funnel, plus a bottom SECUREgrasp™ bottle attached to the top filter.
• Funnel Only: includes only the bottle top filter/funnel (bottom containers sold separately).
*All configurations include standard hose barb vacuum connector.
*Both options have an upper filter funnel with a dust cap that contains one of the available filtering membranes below.

Available Filtering Membranes:
• 0.1 µm (mycoplasma filtering grade)
• 0.22 µm (sterilization grade)
• 0.45 µm (clarification grade) asymmetric PES membrane filter.
*The filtering membrane is low protein binding and surfactant free.

Optional Holder Accessories (sold separately):

• Autofil Cradle Ring
*Each holder provides a stationary vacuum hose connection that makes set-up and use quick and efficient while preventing spills and tissue culture hood contamination. These holders also allow for hands-free operation of the filter unit.
