These Pre-Cleaned Natural HDPE Oblong Bottles feature a wide mouth and space-saving design, and are pre-cleaned via Qorpak’s cost-effective Vacuum & Ionization process to remove contaminants from the bottle.

The attached PP SturdeeSeal® PE Foam Lined Caps are known for good impact strength, cost effectiveness, and pliability. These polypropylene closures with foamed polyethylene liners have excellent sealing characteristics and offer good chemical resistance. HDPE (high-density polyethylene) bottles provide an excellent moisture barrier and are impact resistant. V&I pre-cleaned plastic oblong bottles save time and are clean, odor-free, and tasteless.

Vacuum & Ionization Bottle Cleaning Process:

• Compressed air passes through a condensate separator and coalescing filter to remove fine dust particles and aerosols.
• Next, the air passes through an absorbent filter to remove gases.
• A vacuum draws the particulate-laden atmosphere out of the bottle.
• Individually cleaned closures are immediately placed on the bottle.
