Vacuum filter systems can be used for large volume separation and purification. CELLTREAT® bottle top filtration systems are manufactured in a Class 100,000 clean room from USP class VI virgin polystyrene. They utilize a polyethersulfone (PES) membrane material in 0.22ìm or 0.45ìm pore sizes for rapid flow rate and low protein bonding. The filter units are available in 150, 250 and 500mL sizes and are individually packaged in easy-to-open plastic bags with individually wrapped caps. Gamma irradiation sterilized and non-pyrogenic.
