BetterBuffer BigDye™ dilution buffer, 5 x 0.3 mL

Now you can dilute BigDye™ 5:1 for diterminator sequencing! BetterBuffer enhances binding of primers and increases polymerase performance, especially with GC rich templates. This dilution / enhancement buffer is optimized for use with BigDye™ Terminator Cycle Sequencing with the 377, 3100, 3500, 3700, 3730. Mix 5?l of BetterBuffer with 1 ?l of BigDye™ Terminator mix. Add DNA and primers to a final volume of 15?l. BetterBuffer: 5 x 0.3 mL tubes. Store at -20° C.
