All returns must be made within 30 days. An RMA form should be filled out and faxed back to WWMP. Return will be processed and you will be issued an RMA #. Please place a copy of the RMA form, including the number that was issued to you, on the box that is being returned and keep a copy for your records. Clearly write the RMA# on the outside of the package. (DO NOT WRITE on merchandise or credit will not be issued.) If the merchandise is damaged, defective, or if there was a shipping error, WWMP will issue a call tag to return the merchandise back to our warehouse. If you have made an error in ordering, you will be responsible for return frieght charges.
